Jackass 2.5: Free Full Length Stream
Hollywood’s First Studio-Backed Broadband Movie Streamed In Its Entirety For Free.
When the second installment of the Jackass series was filmed there was enough footage to make a second movie. Jackass 2.5 is the answer to the extra footage footage problem. It is also the answer to some of Blockbuster’s issues with Netflix. Blockbuster experimented with streaming entertainment in 2000 with Enron of all companies. I don’t think that worked out too well. Netflix started streaming movies in January of this year.
Blockbuster was forced to follow Netflix in the past. It appears they might be doing it again. Except this time they are taking an innovative lead. Jackass 2.5 is a great publicity vehicle to promote awareness and trial of Blockbuster’s streaming entertainment model that is long overdue. Blockbuster doesn’t want to look like a “me too” jackass anymore. (link)
