More of the Game
I’ve seen additional conversation revolving around the future of gaming. Karl Long noted a NPD report that stats that 63% of Americans are playing video games. (By the way, I’m writing this post while playing XBOX online). The opportunities to develop, tie-in or partner with different gaming environments will create a variety of new approached for brands to interact with folks.
With the growth of mobile usage there is also an opportunity for growth in games that can take advantage of multiple mediums and increase the online and real world interactivity. Karl makes a point to say that gaming is still evolving which means its an arena ripe for testing from a marketing standpoint.
