A student in the Netherlands got the idea of animated business cards from a book he was reading and immediately began creating what may very well be the future of business cards.

He used a printed overlay animation to vamp up his regular old business card, with the mission to draw more attention to the card, to ensure the receiver remembered the card and to make sure it didn’t get thrown away or lost in the Rolodex as most business cards do.
