The US might set the standard for some forms of advertising, but it’s no secret that we are way behind the times in terms of Mobile (Cell Phone) Marketing.
Tons of companies are researching ways to bring strong mobile marketing programs to light. How do you get the attention of a consumer without invading their personal space, because let’s face it, most people view their cell phones as an extension of themselves?
Bluetooth advertising is not something that is unheard of in the US, the Air Force has done some creative things with bluetooth and it’s working (since its program inception the Air Force has met recruitment goals every month), but finding phones with activated bluetooth can definitely propose a challenge. So what’s the solution? Is there a bettter method? Only time will tell.
