As communities around the US put new laws in place to outlaw driving while talking or texting on mobile phones, manufacturers are stepping up to the plate with freebies.

It’s not enough that gas prices are over $4 a gallon in most locations around our great nation, but now talking on your cell phone can get you a steep fine and depending on where you get your ticket, this is one moving violation you don’t want to have to deal with.  Enter companies like Parrot, LG, Micorsoft and Ford.

Looking at how they can build brand loyalty, some companies have begun to offer product samples to help consumers avoid fines and drive safely.  From handing out freebies to providing a free bluetooth headset for those that have received fines these marketers are lending a helping hand and building their brand(s).
