A niche-market is still small, but growing across the country and will be one more pharmacy larger in August.

The concept? Pro-life pharmacies. Each pharmacy still includes all basic general prescriptions and over-the-counter medicines any other typical pharmacy would carry, minus a few items. They do not sell any type of contraception for men or women - condoms, the pill, or any other birth control device.

The list of pharmacies is small, seven total nationwide. Following guidelines created by Pharmacists for Life International, these seven pharmacies have taken a pledge and will create a "pro-life" stance.

Yes, this is clearly a market worth exploring and possibly growing. Opinions mean nothing, but I can see where consumers with the same moral stance would shop these pharmacies over those that do not draw a distinction - regardless of price.
