loyaltyphoto1.jpg

It’s easy to use. If I have to stand on one leg, bark like a dog, salute the sun, and remember when I can use my points it’s not worth the hassle.

The reward warrants my loyalty. A free hotel room is a reward; a mug is not (unless you sell coffee and the mug comes with free refills…).  Here’s  A Good Read on Loyalty Programs. Enjoy!
