When homeowners are desperate to sell their home, you’ll often see a car, furnishings, club memberships, trips, boats, or other big ticket items thrown in to encourage a faster sale.

But one woman in South Florida, desperate for a husband and desperate to sell her home, if offering her hand in marriage to that special someone who buys her house.

Here’s my confusion: If she’s really wanting to sell her home, which she says she does, then why marry the person who is going to live in it when she apparently doesn’t even want to live in it herself?
