Zuckerberg May Want to Think Profits for Facebook

Admittedly, we all know Facebook as one hot social community site today, overtaking other prior leaders like Friendster and MySpace. But while that is a given already, there is the issue of identifying which should be prioritized: growth or profit?

Between the two, just what is Facebook chief executive aiming at when he stresses growth as the priority and profit as the next? How do we measure growth? Considering the millions of subscribers you already have, what more can you ask for?

Perhaps it is the time for Mr. Zuckerberg to think about returns and focusing on advertising. Other sites have gone in that direction and for sure, Facebook will be worth more than that. That is unless Zuckerberg needs some help as far as strategic direction in handling Facebook is concerned.
